| Wisteria Cottage can comfortably accommodate up to five people. With double-glazing and full central heating our guests are assured of a warm and comfortable stay whatever the season.
The Chalet adjoins Wisteria Cottage making it possible to link both properties together to provide additional accommodation for up to four more guests. Equally, both units can be divided into two totally self-contained units with Wisteria sleeping five and the Chalet four. |

Wisteria’s spacious lounge has quality furnishings, ample seating and a character stone fireplace. There’s a colour TV (Digital Freeview), stereo music centre, video recorder and plenty of indoor games to play and books to read. The luxury farmhouse style kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and a multi burner hob with double oven The tastefully decorated bathroom includes a shower unit, shaver point, hairdryer and a wide selection of complimentary toiletries. |

There are two very comfortable and attractive twin bedrooms each offering a high level of luxury. An additional cot or bed can be provided in the master bedroom if required. The secluded garden overlooks the beautiful Welland Valley, towards the hilltop Rockingham Castle. There’s a BBQ and plenty of garden seating. |

THE CHALET |
| The comfortable lounge/diner has a colour TV, video, stereo CD player and music centre, plus books and games. The sofa converts into a double bed for sleeping two additional people. The kitchen has everything that a discerning guest would expect, including a refrigerator, multi burner hob, oven/grill, microwave and full ironing facilities. |
